Dear Friends,
For the four weeks of Advent, our hopeful voices have been singing, “O Come, Divine Messiah,” and at last, at the glorious birth of the Savior, we joyfully proclaim, “God is with us! Come, let us adore Him.” We are all now surrounded by the joy and light which the birth of Jesus brings into the world! There is, indeed, cause for rejoicing!
At this great time of joy and thanksgiving, we would like to send our personal gratitude to each of you and your families for being a part of our faith-filled and dynamic community here at Holy Cross. This has been a trying year, but our abiding hope is that the beauty, peace, and joy of this most blessed season envelop you all with the infinite love of God, and the wonder of the birth of His only Son, our Lord and brother, Jesus.

This Christmas is unlike any other, to cap off a year unlike any other. The joy of Christmas is now with us, but also a sadness that we cannot be with family & friends. Already 2,000 years ago the joy of the birth of Christ was closely linked to His sufferings; His Birth and Crucifixion have many parallels. Although it might seem an odd juxtaposition, the Nativity foretells Christ crucified. There are many parallels between the Bethlehem and Calvary.
