Updates

Mask use in our parish church is optional but recommended. Masks are recommended in order to protect the more vulnerable in our community, like children and those with compromised immunities. If you are sick in any way or even feeling a little “under the weather,” please stay home! Our concern is for your good health and the good health of those in the pews around you. Thank you.

What's Happening

September 12-13: Lord, I Am Not Worthy…

As is the case with many of the words which we say frequently, we can overlook the importance of these oft-repeated words: “I am not worthy that you should come under my roof.” We utter these words every time we prepare to approach the table of the Eucharist. They have their origin in Luke 7, […]

September 11: The Day of the Lord

The Angel of Justice said; “Create them not, for if you do, they will commit all kinds of wickedness against one another.” The Angel of Truth said, “Create them not, […]

September 10-11: Preparing to Celebrate Sunday’s Mass

The Scripture readings on the 24th Sunday of the Church’s year invite us to treasure the gift of the loving, patient, merciful, and forgiving way God treats us. The Good News Jesus preached was that our God is not a cruel, judging, punishing God. He is, rather, our loving and forgiving Heavenly Father who wants […]
